Walrus

Congratulations to my daughter Camille, whom some of you may know from her blog, The Vintique Object.  She and her business partner, Wendy, have made the leap into retail with the opening of their new shop, Walrus.  Camille is on an extended visit to New Mexico to spend time with her auntie who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and is working on the opening of the shop from a distance!

Here is the sign that she made from a shelf I had earlier removed from a small wash stand.  Her husband hand carried it back to California for the opening... which Camille will miss.  Hop on over to see more photos here or if you are in the Bay area, you can visit in person and see the shop before Camille does.  Her wonderful friends have been hard at work helping Wendy get ready for the opening in Camille's absence.
