We welcomed a group of our friends from Albuquerque to Belize and had a celebration birthday dinner for our captain, Rip, who was shortly introducing us to living on a sail boat. For those of you planning a visit to Placencia, Belize, don't miss dining at the Rum Fish.
Owned by a young American couple, John and Pam this was one of the happening places in a town of really good restaurants, we had a truly wonderful meal.
